Online cross-border fast fashion platform Shein has acquired approximately one-third of the shares in Sparc Group, the operator of US fashion brand Forever 21, according to reports from Wall Street Journal and CNBC. In turn, Sparc will receive a minority stake in Shein.
The financial details and terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
