Hilton to open over 730 new hotels in China in the 10 years.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts plans to open more than 730 new hotels in China, said Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of the company. Hilton currently manages 512 hotels in the Chinese mainland. Tan noted that the company’s strong growth in the first half of the year was primarily driven by demand in China, with robust performance in domestic tourism in Q2.
