Luckin Coffee released its Q2 report on Tuesday. The company's total revenue in Q2 was 6.2 billion yuan (US$864.8 million), showing a year-on-year growth of 88.0 percent. The net profit was 998.7 million yuan, compared to a loss of 114.7 million yuan in the same period last year.
Luckin Coffee opened 1,485 new stores in Q2, including 5 in Singapore. As of the end of the second quarter, the total number of Luckin stores reached 10,836, including 7,188 self-operated stores and 3,648 franchised stores.
