Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Group (PZH), a traditional Chinese medicine drug maker, announced on Monday night that its president LIN Weiqi has resigned, and general manager HUANG Jinming will carry out the duty of president until a new one is elected.
It is worth noting that while Lin Weiqi resigns, PZH has also announced the plan to add a new member LIN Zhihui to the board. Lin Zhihui is a senior official of Zhangzhou’s discipline inspection commission.

On May 10, the discipline inspection commission of Zhangzhou said Pan was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and was under investigation. Two other senior executives of PZH and Jiulongjiang were also under investigation.
According to PZH’s financial forecast, the company’s revenue in the first half of this year rose 14.08 percent year on year to 5.05 billion yuan, with a net profit of 1.53 billion yuan, up 16.43 percent year on year.
