ZHANG Jun, the former chief economist of Morgan Stanley Securities, has taken over as chief economist of China Galaxy Securities, replacing LIU Feng, who has retired.
Zhang has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, specializing in macroeconomic research into China’s economy and capital markets. Before joining Galaxy, Zhang held positions at Morgan Stanley, UBS Securities and the International Monetary Fund.
Zhang’s appointment signals Galaxy's commitment to internationalization of wealth management, investment banking, institutional business and investment.
