YU Zhitao has been appointed as the president of Chinese appliance and electronics manufacturer Hisense Group, the company announced on its WeChat account on Tuesday.
Hisense reported a revenue of 99.4 billion yuan (US$13.86 billion) in the first half of this year, up 11.8 percent year on year. Its net profit in H1 reached 7.82 billion yuan, a 20.7 percent growth year on year.
