Troubled real estate developer Guangzhou R&F Properties was filed for bankruptcy reorganization on Thursday by two of its suppliers, Guangdong Xiangzheng Trading Group and Guangzhou Guangfeng Concrete Group. The court that handled the case was the Intermediate People's Court of Guangzhou.
R&F Properties was founded in 1994 and was listed on the HKEX in 2005.
