Fitness app Keep plans HK IPO this month

Fitness app Keep is planning to file an IPO in Hong Kong as early as this month, According to a report by IFR, a subsidiary of Reuters. The company has resubmitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming for a listing on the main board. Goldman Sachs and CICC will be the joint sponsors. This marks Keep's third attempt at an IPO, following previous submissions on September 6, 2022, and February 25, 2022.
