XPeng's new sports utility vehicle G6 has begun its presale with prices starting from 225,000 yuan (US$31,577). As the fifth model released by the Chinese EV startup, the G6 boasts the integration of XPeng's advanced XNGP driver assistance software. It is XPeng's first model with its home-grown end-to-end integrated technology architecture SEPA2.0.
XPeng has announced plans to launch a new "commuting mode" on the XNGP platform in Q3, which aims to assist urban drivers by offering optimized commuting routes.
Customers can expect deliveries of the XPeng G6 to commence in July.
