ByteDance conducts internal testing of AI conversational product

ByteDance is conducting internal tests of an AI-based conversational product, temporarily referred to as Grace, tech media 36Kr reported on Friday. The product is in the stage of testing and refinement. A representative from ByteDance responded that Grace is an internal codename for an AI-based conversational testing project. It is still in the early stages and is only being used for internal experiential testing.
