Tencent enters into content licensing cooperation with Douyin

ByteDance-owned Douyin announced on Friday that it has reached an agreement with tech giant Tencent to explore joint promotions of videos. The short video platform will be able to publish content from Tencent Video, and users of Douyin, Xigua Video and Toutiao can create and publish short videos based on Tencent’s copyrighted clips.
