On June 22, lifestyle hotel company Atour amended its Form F-1 filing for IPO, updating its 2021 performance data. In June last year, Atour first submitted a US stock IPO filing and planned to be listed on the Nasdaq under the stock code “ATAT”.
As of December 31, 2021, Atour has a total of 745 hotels, covering 138 cities in China, with a total of 86,654 hotel rooms, in addition to a pipeline of 338 hotels with a total of 37,987 rooms under development. Between 2016 and 2021, the number of hotels managed by Atour grew at a CAGR of 62.9 percent.
In 2021, Atour’s operating revenue reached 2.148 billion yuan (US$320 million), up 37 percent while the net profit attributable to the company’s shareholders was 140 million yuan, up 270 percent.
By the end of 2021, the number of registered members of the Atour A-Card loyalty program exceeded 30 million. In 2021, approximately 39.7 percent of the room nights were sold to its A-Card members.
