The patent application for“automatic overtaking method, device, vehicle, storage medium and chip” by Xiaomi Automotive Technology was approved Friday. The application enables vehicles to accurately perform overtaking and lane-changing maneuvers based on the actual situation.
Since December last year, Xiaomi Automotive has obtained more than 20 patents. The company's R&D team exceeds 1,000.
