WANG Chenglu, president of Huawei's software and AI departments, has left the company to join Shenzhen Kaihong, a tech startup focusing on Internet of Things (LoT) systems.
At Huawei since 1998, Wang oversaw the development of Huawei’s HarmonyOS.
Kaihong is closely tied to Huawei through the HarmonyOS eco-system. A subsidiary of Huawei owns 20 percent of Kaihong.
