WU Xiangdong has resigned as co-chairman, director, member of the strategy committee, and CEO and president of the seventh board of directors of China Fortune Land Development; YU Jian has resigned as co-president of the company.
Wu and Yu will continue to work in China Fortune Land Development and assist the company in debt restructuring.
