Chinese lithium battery maker Gotion High-tech is planning a listing in Switzerland.
In July last year, Gotion said it planned to buy a plant in Gottingen, Germany from Bosch GmbH, Gotion’s first factory in the EU. In December, the company agreed to build a factory in the US.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has amended the Shanghai-London stock connect to allow eligible Shenzhen-listed companies to offer Global Depository Receipts in Switzerland and Germany. Construction machinery maker Sany and medical device maker Lepu Medical have also announced plans for secondary listings in Switzerland.
