Pragmatic Semiconductor has unveiled the Pragmatic NFC Protect PR1311, a flexible low-carbon near-field communication (NFC) chip designed for tamper detection and product authentication, Jiemian News has learned.
The chip can be embedded into products and packaging, allowing consumers to verify product authenticity and determine whether an item has been opened by tapping it with a smartphone.
An early access program for the solution is now available for customers in the retail, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
