Luxshare Precision said on June 23 that the Listing Committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing reviewed its application for a Hong Kong listing at a hearing held on June 18.
The company said a June 22 letter from HKEX noted that the application had been reviewed but did not constitute formal approval, adding that the exchange could still raise further comments on the proposed H-share offering.
