China's EV makers report robust sales growth in November 2024

Chinese automakers have released their November 2024 sales figures, showcasing strong growth in the new energy vehicle (NEV) sector:

BYD delivered 506,800 NEVs, up from 301,900 units a year ago.

Li Auto reached 48,740 deliveries, a year-on-year increase of 18.8 percent. Year-to-date deliveries totaled 441,995 units, with cumulative sales since inception surpassing 1.07 million vehicles.

Leapmotor recorded 40,169 deliveries, a 117 percent year-on-year surge, breaking the 40,000-unit mark for the first time. Cumulative sales for the year rose to 251,207 units, doubling year-on-year.

Huawei's Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) delivered 41,931 vehicles across all partner brands, reflecting steady demand. 

XPeng Motors achieved 30,895 deliveries, growing 54 percent year-on-year and 29 percent month-on-month.

Xiaomi EV reached a milestone in November, with SU7 deliveries exceeding 20,000 units.

Avatr posted 11,579 units, soaring over 180 percent year-on-year to set a new record. The brand's Avatr 11 dual-motor version is set to launch on December 2.

These figures highlight the continued momentum of China's NEV market, driven by rising demand, innovation, and expanding model offerings.
