According to the Shanghai Police, the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) had sent out more than 542,000 participants' certificates by November 1, an increase of 12.7 percent.
This year, CIIE optimized the issuing of hard-copy certificates, recognized electronic certificates, and improved its "stop-and-go" measures.
Every year, CIIE will receive many reports of lost certificates. This year, exhibitors and visitors can use e-cards to enter the expo without a physical card.
To ensure smooth-flowing traffic, more "stop-and-go" locations have opened for longer. The number of parking spots has increased by about 5,500 with a streamlined fast security check and quick entry and exits.
