Aliyun rumored to raise US$280 mln before going public in HK

Alibaba Cloud, or Aliyun, the cloud computing arm of tech giant Alibaba Group, is said to be contemplating raising as much as 20 billion yuan (US$280 million) from state-owned enterprises, according to reports from Bloomberg. In response to it, Aliyun said it has "no comment on the matter at the moment."
